PREP Performance Center now has two convenient locations to serve you!

Our Chicago clinic is located at 4022 N Rockwell Street, right in the heart of the city. You’ll find us on the corner of Irving Park & Rockwell, behind Anytime Fitness. This location offers dedicated parking across the street and a lot on the corner for your convenience, plus easy access via several bus routes.

We also have a second location in Niles, inside Anytime Fitness at 7900 North Milwaukee Avenue — a great option for those in the northwest suburbs.
