ASHLEIGH GOPLEN, DPT

Ashleigh graduated from Boston University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. Before that, she attended the University of Alaska Anchorage where she received a BS in Health Sciences and a minor in Athletic Training. Since the beginning of her career, Ashleigh has worked in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in ACL rehabilitation, dance-related injuries, baseball injuries, and post-operative treatment.

During her teenage years, Ashleigh tore both of her ACLs playing soccer, just 3 years apart, so she fully understands the physical and mental toll of the rehabilitation process. She is passionate about helping people through their recovery and working alongside her patients to achieve their goals as safely and as quickly as possible. Her injuries sparked an interest not only in physical therapy but also in community involvement and injury prevention for athletes of all ages and sports.

Ashleigh is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction therapy, which she utilizes daily in her treatment programming.

Ashleigh believes in treating the whole person, meeting patients where they are, and utilizing evidence-based treatments to help her patients return to their desired level of function and learn to trust their bodies again.
