Online ACL rehab program

We currently are looking to add to our team of athletes whom need more accountability, more visual feedback & better online programs! This program can be a great addition to you’re current strength & conditioning program, flexibility & yoga routines, and even a great supplement to working directly with a physical therapist. There will be different phases of this program, ensuring each phase is complete with a visual/audio assessment, great mechanic checklist & a proper hip stability scoring. Outlined in the program will be you’re daily workouts, weekly goals, as well as constant visual/verbal feedback on any exercise you may find challenging.
